Area Swim & Dive Options |

| Those that did not make the team, or wish to improve their technique, are encouraged to consider one of the local area swim/dive team options. With the county reduction of high school swim/dive practice days, kids are encouraged to swim/dive independently of the high school swim program. Some teams below require a year-long commitment. Other teams, like VLAC & Mako have fall, winter, and spring sessions and allow participants to choose to participate in any or all of the sessions. Many of the clubs have high school prep and spring training options which are geared toward preparing participants for the high school and summer swim seasons. These clubs are a great opportunity for swimmers/divers to get extra training. | ||
