WE STILL NEED TIMERs!!  Robinson must provide four timers for both the Friday (prelims/semifinals) & Saturday (finals) Concorde District meets.  If you can help, please sign up on Google.docs

There will be NO buses (for anyone) on either Friday or Saturday to the District meets.  All RSD members need to find their own transportation to and from the meets.  Coaches will be taking attendance and expect kids to come let them know they are there.  NOTE: There is a $6 spectator fee for all swim & dive events.  In the past, team members who were not swimming in the meet but rode the bus and came in with team members who were swimming, were not charged.  Without a team bus, and everyone coming in at different times, it is not clear if non-swimming team members will be charged.  Please wear team shirt/parka to show team membership.

The Robinson Athletic Department is conducting a fundraising campaign through MySportsDreams.  This is a mandatory fundraiser for all sports teams at Robinson.  Every athlete is asked to log on to the site and enter contact information (email addresses, mail addresses, and/or facebook sites) for adults who care about them and might be willing to support the swim team & athletic program.  It will only take a few minutes.  Each contact listed will receive a personalized brochure asking for a donation.  Anyone who donates will receive a $50 hotel/dining "thank you" gift.  NOTE: mysportsdreams takes a fee of $10/donation.  The remainder of the donation is divided as follows: 60% Robinson Swim & Dive, 20% Robinson athletics , 20% Robinson boosters; Click this link,  http://mybestlist.org/28292to get started.

If you prefer, donations can be made directly to the Robinson Athletic Boosters.  Please include a note with your donation asking that funds be divided as appropriated by the fundraiser (60% RSD, 20% Robinson athletics, 20% Robinson athletic boosters).  Checks should be made out to Robinson Athletic Boosters and turned in to Coach Phil or at the athletic office.

When volunteering , please note that:
* Game admission is free.  At main gate, report in as an “Oasis volunteer”.
* Volunteers must wear closed-toed shoes. (no flip flops/sandals)
* Parent will not be scheduled for duty when their athlete is playing. If scheduling conflicts occur, volunteers MUST find a replacement and communicate the change to the team liaison.
* In case of inclement weather, volunteers scheduled to work the Oasis will work the same game at the make-up time.
* No one under the age of 18, or a current Robinson student, is allowed to work in the Oasis.

PLEASE VOLUNTEER TO HELP IN THE OASIS!
ALL Robinson sports teams must provide volunteers for the indoor/outdoor oasis snack bars during various sporting events.  Please go to google.docs to volunteer to fill a spot (if the link goes to the timer sign-up, click the Oasis tab on the bottom of the page).  All RSD families are expected to volunteer once during the season to help fill our required slots.  If people do not step forward to help, it may be necessary to assign coverage.  Janine Canty is the swim & dive Robinson Athletic Booster (RAB) liaison.  Please contact her with questions or concerns.  Thank you!

DIVERs:  With so few divers on the team, every family needs to help!  Contact Mary Bowersox to see what you can do!

Are you new to Robinson?  If this is your first year at Robinson, please email Coach Phil and let him know.  He needs to verify that you are eligible.

Team members who have twitter accounts are encouraged to “follow” Coach Phil on twitter.  This way they can quickly get RSD updates.  ID#: coachphilcas
